Warraburra Beach Shack 2-bedroom option offers accommodation for 4 guests. Guests will have use of the entire property, but the 3rd bedroom will be locked and unavailable for guests to use. This beach house is homely and full of character, located in a quiet street with a lovely off leash dog park at one end. You also have the added bonus of your very own private beach box to enjoy during your stay with chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and more! 

It is a tranquil setting with plenty of space to relax, including a sunny front verandah and a beautiful back garden with established trees and a huge outdoor deck that is great for entertaining! Featuring a large, solid timber dining table and chairs, Weber BBQ and market umbrella, the garden is perfect for children to play and your furry friend to explore while you watch on from the deck. 

Full of natural light as well as being cozy, there are 2 good sized bedrooms with built in robes; a central living, dining and kitchen area with all the appliances you need, and split system heating/cooling; one main bathroom with a separate toilet; a lovely annexe with large windows overlooking the back garden, fitted with a wood fire coonara to snuggle up beside on the cooler days; and a study desk and desk chair. You will feel so relaxed as soon as you arrive!

An easy walk to the Rosebud Plaza shopping centre, restaurants, cafes, the Rosebud beach and YAWA Aquatic Centre, and only a short drive to many other beaches, an array of golf courses and the Peninsula Hot Springs.
