The back yard is grassed, fully fenced and private, so it is suitable for children and small pets (pets by prior arrangement only).
All 4 bedrooms have ceiling or pedestal fans, and the 2 bunk bedrooms and 2 living spaces both have split system air conditioning and heating. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after a fun day at the beach.
