This contemporary beach house is perfectly positioned in an exclusive part of Blairgowrie. Nestled in a quiet tree lined street, and only a short stroll to the Blairgowrie village, beach, marina and Yacht Squadron.

HOUSE FEATURES:

Featuring a stunning pool surrounded by native gardens, and a large grassed area for children to play, while parents can relax on the undercover terrace taking in the serene views. Well designed across 2 levels, this home has a feeling of space and privacy. 

The entry is downstairs, from the foyer you can go upstairs or continue along the hallway to a spacious bedroom overlooking the pool, a bathroom and large living/rumpus room with glass doors opening out to the terrace providing alfresco dining and an outdoor kitchen with views across to the beautiful pool and gardens. The rumpus room also features a lounge, TV, pool table and 2 sets of small bunk beds, perfect for families. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that spills out to a spacious sun drenched deck amongst the tree tops, with an outdoor lounge and gas barbecue to enjoy.

There are 4 bedrooms in total; 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs plus 2 sets of small single bunk beds in the large lounge/rumpus room. Of the 3 bathrooms, 2 are master ensuites and the third is a large family bathroom. Enjoy the privacy of your own coastal haven behind the automatic front gates, with a double garage and onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

  • There are security cameras outside, at the front and rear of the property, there are no cameras inside the house. The security cameras will be turned off during guest stays.
