It has fabulous northerly views of the Blackwood river and the Hardy estuary, is a short walk to the waters edge and river mouth where you can launch your boat, kayak or SUP.
The house is very well furnished and has a master king with ensuite, kitchen dining and alfresco balcony (river views) upstairs and a single bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bed bedroom, laundry and huge kids lounge room/playroom.
A big yard surrounding the house plenty of room for a boat and a garage. The Colour Patch Cafe is a 7 minute walk, you can enjoy take away fish and chips, coffee and cake, lunch or dinner in the newly built restaurant.
