Waterside  – With breathtaking views of the Blackwood River this comfortable family home is perfect for a Summer or  Winter getaway.  Waterside View is close to a boat ramp and nature, wildflower and river walks with a cosy wood fire to snuggle down next to in winter.

When you climb the stairs the first thing you see are sweeping views of the Blackwood river. The wide wrap sound balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. 

Watch the pelicans, dolphins and other wildlife that inhabit the river. Take a nature walk to Flat Rock, launch your boat or kayak at the boat ramp which is only a short distance from the house. 

When the chilly weather sets in, light the fire and enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room.

The upstairs is open plan with a family style kitchen and dining area, master bedroom and shared ensuite bathroom & toilet. 

Down Stairs there is a second living space for the kids to enjoy some parent free time. The second & third bedrooms together with the family bathrooms are also located on this level. A Queen bed and a Double Single Bunk Combo. 

Waterside View has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the master suite upstairs has French doors that lead onto the verandah where you will find a BBq and outdoor living area.
