This charming, private beach house is unparalleled in location. Close to St. Pauls General Store, the surf beaches, Sorrento Sailing Club and Sorrento Village. 

HOUSE FEATURES:

Filled with character and warmth, this family home has a central open plan living / dining / kitchen area. There are 2 living spaces for guests to relax, one with a modern wood burner to enjoy on cooler days. Other features include a well-equipped kitchen with large windows overlooking gardens, 3 bedrooms coming off the central living areas, a brand-new bathroom plus a 2nd renovated bathroom and laundry (with block out blind for privacy), that is separate to the main house – located on the outside deck only a few meters from the back door. 

The home is surrounded by recently updated coastal gardens, plus an extensive outdoor deck featuring 2 alfresco dining areas, a new BBQ, outdoor umbrella and a fire pit to toast marshmallows. Dine under the Moonah trees on one deck, enjoy drinks and nibbles on the other or relax with a coffee on the balcony. There are so many options!
