Just a short walk to the Tyrone beach foreshore, and a few minutes’ drive to Blairgowrie Village, the Rye shops and Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron.
HOUSE FEATURES:
This spacious, light filled home is surrounded by coastal gardens and tall Moonah trees providing a tranquil coastal haven. Entertain family and friends in the delightful undercover alfresco dining area with gas BBQ, sit around the fire pit and toast marshmallows, or enjoy coffee on the Studio patio.
Freshly painted and renovated throughout, with soft neutral furnishings and coastal styling, the main house features 3 queen size bedrooms, a living and dining area, kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and oven, and a bathroom with separate toilet. The lounge room has a wood burning coonara, to keep you toasty warm on cooler days and nights, plus there is split system heating and cooling in the living areas and master bedroom. The separate studio offers a queen size bed, large living area with 2 arm chairs, a single sofa bed, split system heating and cooling, a kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and L’Or coffee pod machine, bathroom and walk-in robe.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. - Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
