With four large bedrooms, two separate living spaces, a dedicated work space (if you need to work while away), great outdoor areas to enjoy including a huge entertaining deck, outdoor lounges, al fresco dining and an outdoor gas heated spa! There is also a shared private tennis court that guests can use during their stay. It is easy to relax and unwind in this beautiful Sorrento beach house.

Located in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, Lady Nelson offers you the chance to get away from it all whilst also enjoying the luxury of being walking distance to the beach. A 12 minute stroll has you at the Front Beach (near the Sorrento Couta Sailing Club) and only a short drive to the vibrant Sorrento township.

Bedroom 4 is located downstairs, as well as providing beds it includes a 4 seat dining table, lounge, TV and ensuite.

There is also a Sofa Bed in one living space, if required please advise at time of booking.

Linen is included at this property. Please BYO beach towels if required.

• This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
• Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
