The Blue Beach Box is a renovated beach bungalow featuring an open plan, studio style bedroom, with a separate kitchen/dining area and separate bathroom. This charming property is light and airy, cozy and comfortable - perfect for a couples' getaway or a family with a baby or young child!

It is tucked away in a prime location in Rye with easy access to the beach, shops and the Hot Springs. It is a very quiet setting offering guests peace and tranquilty. 

BUNGALOW FEATURES:

The Blue Beach Box has a delightful alfresco dining area and deck chairs to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Sit under the shade of the huge tree overlooking the large grassed garden, which is a great spot to relax and read your book or flip through a magazine while sipping on a coffee, or share nibbles and drinks on a balmy evening. After spending a day at the beach, wash away the salt and sand in the outdoor shower, then enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner at home, or take a short stroll down to the Rye shopping strip to explore the array of dining options. 

Ideally located in a quiet street close to the Rye foreshore and shops. This property shares a large block with another property, however when the Blue Beach Box has guests the other property will not be in use, so you can enjoy the large peaceful surrounds all to yourself! Pets can come too, but please note the property is not fully fenced.

Babies are welcome and a portacot is available if required. There is also an arm chair that folds out to a small single bed, suitable for a younger child only.

• Peninsula Hot Springs and the new Alba Hot Springs are only a short drive
• Rye front beach is approx 300m 
• Rye shops, cafes, restaurants are approx 1km 
• Rye Yacht Club is approx 700m and Rye Pier 1km, both easy walking distance
• Gunanatta surf beach is only a few kms away
• Blairgowrie Yacht Club, Pier and Boat ramp approx 5kms
• Moonah Golf Club is within 5km
• Sorrento main street shops and Queenscliff ferry only 10 min drive away
• Plus all the fruit picking farms in Red Hill (cherry, strawberry, apples etc) are within 15km

• This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays.
